WHO YOU ARE The Senior Compensation Consultant is a high-energy, innovative individual with expertise in compensation strategy, job analysis, and HR program development. You’ll lead consulting engagements with a focus on: Pay Strategy Job Analysis External Market Evaluation Incentive Compensation Design Economic Modeling and Costing Salary Structure Development EXPERIENCE We’re looking for someone with: A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive compensation consulting experience. Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner. A strong track record of project management and delivering insights that support client needs. Broad knowledge of benefits and HR consulting services. Coaching and mentoring experience, both internally and externally. Experience developing executive and sales compensation plans. CERTIFICATIONS CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification required.
