WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced HR or Compensation professional seeking flexible consulting opportunities. You enjoy diving into focused, meaningful projects without committing to a full-time role. You thrive on sharing your knowledge and driving impactful solutions for clients, yet you value the freedom of setting your own schedule.

EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Progressive project-based experience in HR or Compensation roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver insights and solutions within defined timelines.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compensation structures, pay strategies, and HR best practices.

YOU MUST BE GREAT AT

  • Quickly understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams and adapting to varying corporate cultures.
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively while juggling multiple commitments.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and consistently delivering high-value results.
  • Upholding confidentiality and professional integrity in all client engagements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Choose project-based assignments aligned with your expertise and availability.
  • Advise clients on HR and compensation strategies, pay structures, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Conduct financial analyses, job and market evaluations, and develop recommendations to meet client goals.
  • Work closely with MorganHR’s internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer up-to-date insights.
