What You’ll Do
As a Principal Compensation Consultant, you will:
- Consulting Excellence: Lead compensation projects focused on pay strategies, incentive compensation design, economic modeling, job analysis, salary structure development, and market evaluation.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships by understanding client challenges and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Business Growth: Expand MorganHR’s client base by identifying opportunities for additional services and meeting revenue targets.
- Mentorship: Inspire and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of compensation trends, regulations, and best practices to provide forward-thinking advice.
Experience You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- 20+ years of experience in compensation, blending corporate and consulting expertise.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification (required).
- A Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven success in aligning compensation strategies with broader business objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, high-impact projects.
- Broad HR knowledge, including benefits, executive compensation, and sales compensation plans.
