MorganHR is expanding its client portfolio, and we need a passionate Customer Success Representative to maintain our high-quality client experience. You’ll be the key liaison, ensuring our clients are engaged and successful and deriving maximum value from MorganHR’s suite of HR solutions, including our SimplyMerit platform. WHO YOU ARE

You are a proactive and high-energy individual who excels at bridging communication between clients and internal teams. You have a knack for understanding client needs, providing timely solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’re organized, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks without losing sight of the bigger picture.


EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and driving customer retention.
  • Familiarity with HR products, SaaS platforms, or compensation consulting is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

YOU MUST BE GREAT AT

  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships through open, transparent communication.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Consulting) to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Listening to client feedback and translating it into actionable improvements.
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively while managing multiple client engagements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of MorganHR’s tools and services, including SimplyMerit.
  • Monitor client usage and proactively identify areas where clients can gain more value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to gather feedback and assess overall satisfaction.
